dr Judyta Latymowicz

Advocate, lecturer, expert on South Asia. She earned a master’s and a doctoral degree in Indology and Bengali at the Faculty of Oriental Studies, University of Warsaw. She also graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw.

Judyta specialises in civil, corporate and commercial law with particular focus on contract law. She regularly provides Polish and foreign business entities across a variety of sectors with day-to day legal advisory. She also advises Polish businesses planning to do business in India and Bangladesh. In order to minimise the liability risk, she helps to adjust business models to the legal requirements. She also has a vast experience in handling court cases, including transboundary commercial litigation.

She advises start-ups, creative industries’ representatives and foreign entities, especially from Asia (primarily from India), as well as Polish business entities planning to invest in India.

Michał Liżewski

Advocate, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, also completed postgraduate studies in real estate management. He specialises in providing legal services for infrastructural projects pursued within public-private partnership (PPP), concessions and special purpose vehicles as well as traditional public procurement.

Gaining recognition of both public and private clients, he successfully advised on pilot investments of public-private partnership in Poland which were finalised with a PPP agreement and granted financial closing. He also advises on external markets investments, using experience acquired in foreign markets, i.a. Ukrainian and Indian. He publishes texts and speaks at conferences and trainings devoted to PPP.

Michał gives legal advice to public clients, service providers, manufacturers and technology providers, within both day-to-day legal services and implementation of innovative projects, both in public and private sector.

BEATA ROZBICKA-CIEŚLIŃSKA

Attorney-at-law, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in European Law at University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in mediation and negotiation at SWPS University. In 2009 she completed legal adviser’s training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. For many years she was a member of the supervisory board of a municipal company.  She is also a mediator enrolled to the list of permanent mediators of the District Court in Warsaw.

Expert in the field of corporate and commercial law. She regularly advises banks, developers and investors on financing and refinancing of commercial real estate (i.e. shopping facilities, office buildings) and residential real estate. She provides comprehensive legal services in the process of financing the acquisition or development of real estate, both to clients, sponsors and financing entities, including the establishment of debt security.

She has extensive experience in legal support of M&A transactions, real estate purchase and sale transactions, as well as real estate lease transactions, both on the side of landlords and lessees. She conducts legal due diligence of real estate and regulates the legal status of real estate.

BARTŁOMIEJ TKACZYK

Attorney-at-Law,  graduate of doctoral studies at Institute of Law Studies Polish Academy of Sciences;  graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Silesia in Katowice and postgraduate studies: Master of Business Administration (MBA) and European financial, economic and law relations at Warsaw School of Economics (SGH); a long-time administration employee as a member of the management team.

He gives legal advice to the public, private and NGO (non-governmental organizations) clients. Bartłomiej specializes in providing legal services: contracts for construction works, the administrative law, agreements co-financed from EU funds, environmental law and in negotiations.

He has experience in advising for investments of public-private partnership (PPP), speaks at conferences and trainings related to PPP, not only in Poland, but also abroad. He participated in the process of selecting a private partner of both: public and private clients. He managed the implementation of the first PPP project in Poland, co-financed from public funds.

ANNA MĄDRAWSKA-DZIEDZIC

Attorney-at-Law, graduated from the Faculty of Law, Canonic Law and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL).

She specializes in civil and business law with particular focus on real estate issues. She has experience in preparing and negotiating investment and construction process agreements including construction and design agreements. Anna repeatedly was involved in commercial lease agreements negotiations, representing both landlords and tenants. She supports Clients in implementation and applying data protection law regulations (GDPR).

Anna conducts court proceedings including construction contracts and commercial lease agreements disputes as well as administration law court cases.

She advises developers, property managers, construction and design companies. She also supports individuals.

PAULINA SOBCZYK-SMOLIK

Trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw, diploma with honours (summa cum laude).

She specializes in civil and commercial law, with particular emphasis on contract law. She provides day-to-day legal advisory to business entities, including foundations. Paulina also has experience in the field of public-private partnership projects and public procurement law.

She is the author of numerous legal publications. She gained experience in Polish and international law firms.

KAROL CHUCHLIŃSKI

Advocate, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University.

He specializes in conducting court proceedings, in particular criminal trials, with emphasis on commercial cases. He represents the entrepreneurs and companies – both creditors and debtors – at the stage of pre-trial proceedings, court and enforcement proceedings.

Karol supervises and conducts interdisciplinary projects, including commercial criminal law and fiscal penal law. He deals with cases related to criminal liability of members of the management board i.e. white collar crimes, as well as he advises on the risk assessment of the undertaken venture or liability for acts of unfair competition analysed from the criminal law perspective.

As part of his professional practice, Karol also represents foreigners in the proceedings before investigative authorities, courts and public administration bodies.
